About the Role:

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver and manage technical based training programs to support employee growth and career development.

This role plays a key part in driving the CDC Academy's mission to elevate employee expertise and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, administration and enhancement of the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources and delivery methods.
  • Align the learning and development framework with organisational goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical based L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.
  • Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.
  • Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy, bringing ownership for the training course and modules internal.
  • Track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.

About You:

You will be exceptional in written and verbal communication, able to engage stakeholders at various levels.

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance is essential.

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
