About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing data classification processes, driving data encryption strategies, and ensuring secure data transfers using advanced data modeling tools. You will also collaborate with our implementation team to upgrade and enhance existing data security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement data classification processes to ensure appropriate protection measures are applied.
  • Drive data encryption strategies for structured data, leveraging cryptographic solutions to enhance security.
  • Safeguard organizational assets and ensure secure data transfers using advanced data modeling tools.
  • Transition from legacy systems by decommissioning spreadsheets and streamlining workflows.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to upgrade and enhance existing data security capabilities.
  • Utilize data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx to support secure and efficient data handling.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Expertise in data classification, encryption, and cryptography to protect sensitive information.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling tools and processes to secure data transfer and modernise work flows.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
