Cloud Partnerships Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is driving the next paradigm shift in computing, and we're seeking a dynamic results-oriented candidate to join our Partner Management team in ANZ as a Partner Manager.
As a Partner Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS' services and solutions within the portfolio of partners and solution providers.
Your broad responsibilities will include helping to define and execute against partner programs, establishing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these organizations in order to build long-term business and marketing opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CXO/VP level, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a key member of the ANZ Partner Management team, managing a mixed portfolio of National SIs and Global ISV Partners.
- Maintain a broad-based understanding of cloud technologies.
- Work with key stakeholders within AWS to ensure your Partner is receiving the requisite level of exposure and advocacy.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of the market strategy.
A day in the life of a Partner Manager includes:
- Maintaining regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence with Partners.
- Setting up and executing GTM plans that are highest in propensity for the Partners' capability in alignment with sales teams and PSMs.
- Maintaining pipeline reviews and a balanced book of business for the achievement of the financial goals of the Partners.

Key Requirements
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
