About our organisation.

We deliver rehabilitation services to support people who have sustained an injury at work. Our team focus on recovery and function to get clients back to work and back to life whatever their age, stage or situation.

  • Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support people with injuries
  • Taking a holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform vocational assessments, counselling and various other assessments depending on your area of expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans using a patient-centred focus
  • Support injured workers in a designated area

What makes you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional sufficient) or Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
