ADF Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity

This position offers a unique chance to support ADF personnel recovering from physical and psychological injuries.

We are seeking a skilled professional to apply their clinical expertise in a multidisciplinary team environment, driving recovery and functional outcomes for our clients.

About the Role

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that meet service delivery objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating functional capacity, worksite ergonomics, and activities of daily living through thorough assessments.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing rehabilitation plans aligned with service goals.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Current registration or membership with a relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise and ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE REHABILITATE AND OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION EXPERIENCE.
