- Manage complex cases with support from experienced colleagues for administrative tasks
- Apply advanced clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Collaborate with employers and employees on injury prevention and workplace education
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- General or Provisional registration with relevant professional bodies
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly valued
