Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for advanced automation and robotics solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of CNC machining operations on the factory floor to identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, software, and systems integrators to design and deliver solutions that integrate robotics, motion control, tool management, workholding, and digital automation platforms.
  • Promote the adoption of lights-out manufacturing strategies, enabling customers to run high-precision operations unattended with confidence.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, ROI-based value propositions for executives and shop floor stakeholders alike.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement tools that highlight process improvements, cost savings, and throughput gains.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in factory automation, robotic integration, and CNC process optimization, providing insights to customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and adoption metrics, adjusting roadmaps to maximize market success.
