About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to join a growing automation team and work on custom control systems for industrial machinery. Our ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in controls or automation engineering, with a strong understanding of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.). They should also be familiar with HMI or SCADA platforms, such as FactoryTalk View, WinCC, or Ignition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery and automation equipment.
  • Program and debug PLCs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Design and update HMI interfaces for operator control and system monitoring.
  • Support system testing, start up, and field commissioning activities.
  • Contribute to documentation, wiring diagrams, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in controls or automation engineering.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming languages.
  • Exposure to HMI or SCADA platforms.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Open to occasional travel for commissioning and customer support.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
  • Exposure to motion control, robotics, or machine integration.
