Job Description
  • Partner with account managers to deliver automation solutions to customers
  • Design and program control systems, including PLCs, motion control, and robotics
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and technical presentations
  • Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and post-sales support
  • Collaborate with vendors to size and select components for optimal performance
  • Document projects and create technical resources for future use
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on controls engineering experience from concept to commissioning
  • Strong PLC programming skills, ideally with Bosch Rexroth and Codesys
  • Knowledge of motion control, robotics, and industrial communication protocols
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities
