Established Hotel Operations Manager Wanted

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional seeking a new challenge?
We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our apartment hotel.
This is a full-time role that requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
- Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling, and management of the hotel team
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Maintain brand standards and ensure the property is well-presented at all times
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
