Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail centres based in Launceston for a 12 month contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients in administering the terms of all leases.
  • Assist clients to maintain an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events.
  • Regular Inspection of the Centre/s to ensure the highest level of housekeeping together with the co-ordination of any works as required.
  • Establishing and maintaining liaison with all tenants and occupiers of the Centre to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations to the Facilities Manager for maintenance works and Capital Expenditure.
  • Attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.
  • Provide a weekly summary report on Tenant Performance and Feedback and Property Presentation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management.
  • Relevant degree i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred.
  • Certificate of Registration (Mandatory).
  • Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Centre operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Strong communicator verbal and written.
  • Proactive and flexible.
