Apartment Hotel Manager or Management Couple Launceston

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our apartment hotel in Launceston, Tasmania. This is a full-time position requiring all aspects of property management to ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, scheduling, and management of the hotel team
  • Driving occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, pricing, and yield management strategies
  • Maintaining brand standards and ensuring the property's appearance at all times
  • Developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Managing financial reports for the hotel
  • Identifying and addressing maintenance issues to maintain the property's integrity
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints
