Job Description Help Drive Our Logistics Success from the Heart of the Office Strait Link Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration/Operations Support team member to join our Launceston office.
This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting our team, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide general administrative and freight office support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the businessAccurately process documentation in accordance with company standards and reporting requirementsDeliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersReconcile payments and perform financial processing tasks in a timely and accurate mannerPerform reception duties and effectively communicate business updates to branch staffEnsure all administrative activities comply with Strait Link Logistics' policies, procedures, and audit requirementsSupport quality management practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in team-based training and development to enhance multi-skilling and operational flexibilityCollaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service delivery Desired Skills and Experience Who We're Looking For Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detailA customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellenceClear and confident communication skillsA collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to support othersProfessionalism and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentThe ability to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesProficiency in general computer systems, with working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelDesirable qualifications and experience include:Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related industryFamiliarity with pallet procedures and freight documentationBasic finance support knowledge, including payment reconciliation and reportingSound literacy and numeracy skills with a solutions-focused mindsetAn inclusive workplace, works for everyoneWe celebrate difference.
