Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Operations Specialist to oversee the management of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of facilities services through direct suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain high-quality service delivery by monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits and annual reviews of facilities services.
  • Contribute to budgeting activities and operational performance discussions.
  • Ensure cost control measures are in place, including reducing utilities spend and reviewing supplier invoices.
  • Comply with local and national legislation, as well as company policies and requirements regarding facilities management.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of delivering reliable and efficient services.
  • Strong contract management skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve FM-related issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Autonomy, initiative, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and budgets.
