The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support during FM-related audits and annual reviews, contributing to solutions with the MSFM team, and assisting with operational cost control.
About this Role- Manage facility services through direct suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Follow up on service quality delivered by suppliers, working closely with monitoring platforms and service agreements.
- Support FM-related audits and annual reviews, providing technical expertise and guidance.
- Contribute to budgeting activities, attend weekly meetings, and participate in projects related to the facility delivery model.
- Regularly inspect stores to ensure they meet high standards.
- Experience in all aspects of facility management services, with a passion for delivering reliable and efficient services.
- Strong contract management skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
