About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Strategy Lead to join our Customer Marketing team at Sportsbet. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

As a CRM Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business objectives and enable the CRM operations team to execute campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a clear vision, strategy, and approach to drive reach, engagement, and conversion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic customer strategies across all segments & lifecycles that encompass multiple touchpoints and channels to influence reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage CRM plans including campaign calendar, segmentation, and messaging framework to supporting BAU operations.
  • Develop GTM approaches for CRM comms across key events, product, promotion and safer gambling initiatives that drive customer & commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the operations team to translate CRM plans into actionable tasks and projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM strategy and planning, leveraging insights to drive innovation and evolution in our capabilities.
