This leadership position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead, manage, and develop a national team of Office Managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the internal customer experience through strategic planning and policy development.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a geographically dispersed team of Office Managers.
- Develop and deliver policies, processes, and operating procedures that meet the unique needs of each registry.
- Contribute to strategic planning for the Property and Security team and provide high-level support on Office Manager-related matters.
- Collaborate with other leaders to provide advice and guidance on property and facility matters, including procurement and contracting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Whole-of-Australian-Government legislation, frameworks, and policies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing interests in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed managerial and organisational skills, including setting priorities, managing performance, and mentoring staff.
- Extensive knowledge of government legislation, procedures, and practices related to Commonwealth property, procurement, and contracts.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage productive relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to promote and implement positive organisational change.
