Key Responsibilities- Drive strategic direction and operational management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Act as spokesperson for the sector in public, political, and media engagements.
- Foster strong relationships with member CEOs, government officials, and community leaders.
- Champion policies enhancing access to care, member well-being, and member issues, focusing on underprivileged communities.
- Ensure financial health and governance of the organisation.
- Drive organisational change and cultivate a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and ethical practice.
