About Our Team Member

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional arrival and departure experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively listening and responding positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
• Addressing guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Anticipating guests' service needs and asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
• Assisting other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Engaging guests in conversation regarding their stay, services, and area attractions/offerings, including sharing recommendations for local activities.
• Providing assistance to individuals with disabilities, including assisting visually, hearing, or physically-impaired individuals within guidelines.
• Thanking guests with genuine appreciation and providing a fond farewell.
• Welcoming and acknowledging each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
• Staying up to date on the local area so that you are prepared to provide specific recommendations for guests.
• Communicating recommendations in a way that builds excitement and interest among guests and associates.
• Supplying guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage from luggage storage, providing guests with proper claim tickets for their luggage.
