About the Role:- Create and deliver memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily targets and challenges.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and energy to drive sales and engage guests.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and nights.
- Valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them.
- Award-based hourly rate under the Amusement & Entertainment Award.
