Food and Beverage Reservations Specialist

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Reservations Specialist to deliver exceptional reservation experiences for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for sophisticated service and warm hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms using efficient booking systems, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, noting preferences, dietary needs, and special occasions to provide personalized services.
  • Optimize table allocation and guest flow across venues through proactive reservation management, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Send timely confirmations, follow-ups, and pre-arrival communications to ensure guests feel valued and informed.
  • Stay informed on venue offerings, menus, hours, promotions, and seasonal events to make recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
About You:
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Experience with POS and reservation systems, such as SevenRooms and Micros Simphony, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
