Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to our guests at SkyPoint. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a high-volume food service or hospitality environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves working with point-of-sale systems, handling cash transactions, and performing manual handling tasks. A current certification in responsible service of alcohol is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage, Events, and Guest Services teams to ensure efficient operations and deliver consistently high standards of service.
  • Process entry tickets, generate sales, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems and competent with cash handling.
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks.
  • Current certification in responsible service of alcohol.
