Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through effective order processing, return and exchange handling, technical support, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support to customers to resolve product or service issues
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Chinese as a working language
