Job Title: Logistics Service Expert

We're seeking a skilled professional to provide logistics services expertise to our customer, the Australian Defence Force.

The role involves ensuring the accurate operation of the ADF's inventory stock management system.

A key aspect of this position is performing Customer Service Officer functions to support Depot operations, including liaising with customers.

You will be responsible for utilising Business Systems to ensure efficiency and simplicity for extraction of records and business data for analysis.

This role also requires providing timely solutions and contributing positively to customer satisfaction and organisational image.

Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.

Demonstrating a personal commitment to all matters relating to health and safety is essential in this position.

Prior to offer, you'll complete a pre-employment police and medical check. We encourage flexible working where possible.

Key Skills:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
  • Previous experience operating a database program
  • A high level of interpersonal, organisation and communication skills teamed with good attention to detail
