Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role will be based at our North Sydney and Kingsgrove offices with hybrid working arrangements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in logistics and customer service, and is looking to take their career to the next level.

  • About the Role:
  • Support the order to cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure on-time customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing:
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure SLAs are being met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role.
  • Credentials:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously.
  • Proficiency in systems such as MS Excel and SAP.
