**Requirements**:
**About the role**:
Based in Erskine Park & reporting to the Head of Solutions - Pacific, this role will support seven sites across Australia & New Zealand through conducting end-to-end logístical solution designs, project implementations, WHS design & support, continuous improvement, automation initiatives & account management for logistics key accounts.
**What you will be doing**:
- Project Implementation
- Accountable for design
- Ensure implementation runs smoothly
- Supporting process & WMS solutions
- Change requests
- Process Improvement
- Implement Lean processes
- WMS enhancements
- Visualisations
- Customer Change requests
- Change Management & Innovation
- Lead meetings & manage expectations by communicating regularly with internal & external stakeholders
- Introduce & implement operational & administrative process automation
- Analytics
- Identify waste drives & problem-solving techniques to improve profitability & customer satisfaction
- Supply daily operations with support requests around WMS/systems & process challenges
- Reports Development
- Gather the requirements & develop automated reports from WMS & WCS database
- Support the Pacific Solutions Manager on large-scale projects & RFQs as required
Essential:
- Tertiary education in Engineering (Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications)
- Minimum two years experience in 3PL or warehousing operations as an Analyst
- Strong knowledge of warehousing & inventory management
Desirable:
- Willingness to learn or experience with Manhattan WMS, SQL exposure & VBA programming is an added advantage
- Analytical mindset for continuous improvement & cost-driven approach
- Sound project management skills
- Problem solver, curious to learn & explore new challenges to proactively deliver resolutions
