Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Team Leader to join our team in Blacktown, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and collaborate with the team on inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.
  2. Assign tasks and monitor completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching.
  4. Monitor team morale and foster collaboration.
  5. Support facilities operations by responding to maintenance requests and conducting spot checks.
  6. Ensure accurate completion of inspection forms, water testing records, and digital logs.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Protocols
  1. Comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Ensure correct use of safety equipment by team members.
  3. Demonstrate safe work practices and lead by example.
Requirements
  • Site-specific training provided on park systems.
  • Previous experience in general maintenance or operational roles required.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience desirable.
  • Ability to work independently within a seasonal team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Physical requirements include walking, carrying, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, sitting, standing, twisting, and repetitive movement.
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct policy and represent the organization well internally and externally.
