Join Our Team as a Store Operations Leader

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily store operations and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to prioritize efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and manage store operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required, including ensuring the store is secure and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step.
  • Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge (ideal).
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
  • Prioritization of safety and risk management.
