Operational Excellence Manager

This role requires a confident leader with strong organisational and operational excellence skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Support monthly accruals, outgoings, and other charges
- Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee rent roll administration and rental reviews
- Manage arrears and arrears reporting
- Ensure effective records management and document control
- Handle general office operations, including customer service and procurement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within retail property or shopping centre management
- Solid financial and accounting skills, including accounts payable and receivable
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with the ability to foster a respectful and inclusive team culture
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Proficiency in office software and systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
