The Facilities Team Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding seasonal team members across the Facilities department.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance, operations, or technical environments. Site-specific training will be provided to build familiarity with park systems.

  • This is a hands-on working leader position responsible for inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.
  • The successful applicant will lead and work alongside the team, assign daily tasks, and follow up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.
  • As the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, the candidate will encourage collaboration and report concerns to the Facilities Coordinator.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring team morale, promoting a clean, safe, and positive team environment, and ensuring accurate completion of inspection forms and records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect and maintain facilities, including slide inspection, water quality checks, and general maintenance.
  2. Assign and manage daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, including inspection forms and water testing records.
  5. Promote workplace health and safety (WHS) practices, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements

Candidates should possess previous experience in maintenance, operations, or technical fields. A strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and professionalism is essential.
