Workforce Management Specialist

Bunnings, a leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join its People Advisory Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. They will provide expert advice and support to leaders and teams across the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to make a positive impact on our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on employment law, investigating employee grievances, and implementing workforce management strategies to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including grievance handling and investigations
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify and address workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment law and industrial instruments
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and incidents
  • Implement changes to processes and procedures to improve employee experience and business outcomes

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist who can demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and workforce management principles. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
