We are seeking a senior paid search specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in paid media and ecommerce. As a senior paid search specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performance campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and Meta.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to drive growth and revenue. Your technical skills will be key in this role, as well as your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
Responsibilities- Plan, build, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Audit paid accounts and sales funnels to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Utilise GA4, Google Ads, and platform data to drive strategy, optimise results, and identify new opportunities
- Troubleshoot conversion tracking setups and create custom GA4 reports to surface meaningful insights
- Collaborate with clients on performance reporting, next steps, and proactive problem-solving
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years experience in a paid media role, preferably specialising in Google Ads and Ecommerce
