We're a performance marketing agency helping lead generation clients grow through smart strategy, media and creative. The team brings together specialists across paid media, strategy, design and content, working closely to deliver real results. From finance to education to property, we partner with clients to turn leads into real business outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You'll work with the GM of Operations, creative and dev teams, and senior leadership to build and scale paid search campaigns that deliver on performance goals. You'll manage budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, develop keyword strategies, optimise ad copy and landing pages, and track key metrics like CPL, CPA and ROAS. You'll regularly test new formats, bidding strategies and funnels, using data to drive decisions and improve results. You'll also help launch new brands and offers, report on campaign performance, and stay up to date with platform updates and best practices.
YOU WILL NEED…
3+ years' experience in paid search – Google Ads is essential (Microsoft Ads a bonus)Agency experienceExperience using analytical toolsExperience working with lead gen clientsTo want to be hands-on and client facingTo work for a growing team
