Senior Paid Search Specialist

What will you do?

We're looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who thrives on performance, loves being deep in-platform, and brings a sharp eye for optimisation. You'll take ownership of paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of high-performing eCommerce brands - with the opportunity to flex into Meta Ads and contribute to broader growth strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on while also stepping up in client strategy discussions - sharing insights, recommending next steps, and playing a key role in performance storytelling and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage high-performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) - with some exposure to Meta.

Audit paid accounts and sales funnels to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities.

Use GA4, Google Ads, and platform data to drive strategy, optimise results, and spot new opportunities.

Troubleshoot conversion tracking setups (via GTM, GA4, or native tools), and create custom GA4 reports to surface meaningful insights.

Collaborate with clients on performance reporting, next steps, and proactive problem-solving.

Mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation.

Who are you & what will you bring?

3+ years experience in a paid media role - preferably paid Google Ads speciality & Ecommerce.

Clear, confident communication - both client-facing and internally

Performance-driven mentality - you care about outcomes, not busywork

Comfortable managing both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives.

You stay up to date with new platform features and have a curiosity for how AI is evolving within the Google Ads ecosystem - always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to drive performance.
