SPIKE DIGITAL is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our new and growing digital agency based in Melbourne. The Paid Search Specialist will assist with the day to day management and optimisation of campaigns of several high profile clients. You will have the opportunity to work with senior paid media professionals to further your skills and career.

**Responsibilities will include**
- Develop and implement paid search strategies across Google and Bing Ads for client campaigns
- Setting up and identifying optimisation opportunities to deliver clients desired conversion actions
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimise results for clients
- Managing budgets and staying within allocated spend while maximising return on investment
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms and technologies
- Providing regular reporting and analysis for clients on campaign performance and return on investment
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion of paid search efforts

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hand on experience managing and optimising paid search campaigns
- Proven success in delivering favourable outcomes from managing a paid search account
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms
- Experience with bid management and budget allocation
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques is a plus
- Rights to work in Australia required
