Paid Search Manager – Agency
3+ years' experience in paid search; agency experience is necessary. Hybrid role – offices based in Yarraville. Lead generation clients. Must have experience managing budgets around $100K monthly. Up to $120K.
OverviewWe are a performance marketing agency helping lead generation clients grow through smart strategy, media and creative. The team includes specialists across paid media, strategy, design and content, working together to deliver real results. We partner with clients to turn leads into real business outcomes.
What you will be doing- Work with the GM of Operations, creative and dev teams, and senior leadership to build and scale paid search campaigns that deliver on performance goals.
- Manage budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Develop keyword strategies, optimise ad copy and landing pages.
- Track key metrics like CPL, CPA and ROAS; regularly test new formats, bidding strategies and funnels.
- Use data to drive decisions and improve results; help launch new brands and offers.
- Report on campaign performance and stay up to date with platform updates and best practices.
- 3+ years' experience in paid search – Google Ads is essential (Microsoft Ads a bonus).
- Agency experience.
- Experience using analytical tools.
- Experience working with lead gen clients.
- Hands-on and client facing; able to work for a growing team.
