About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney Metro. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide clinical support to customers in NSW region, under mentorship from the Territory Manager and direct line manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on CORI, providing case coverage and account support for new and existing customers by training surgeons and hospital staff to technological proficiency.
  • Be a key player of the Orthopedics organisation as we focus on driving the adoption and utilisation of CORI for knee & hip arthroplasty.
  • Identify leads and drive revenue in partnership with the Joint Reconstruction and Capital sales organizations in your designated territory and nationally.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in medical field/ theatre setting or tertiary qualifications in science or medical related discipline.
  • Proven experience in the orthopaedic and/or endoscopy field will be essential.
  • Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry - technical terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
  • Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system.
  • A knowledge of selling skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
