Smith+Nephew is dedicated to breaking health barriers and empowering individuals to achieve limitless possibilities. As a Cori Product Specialist - Clinical Support Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption and utilization of our cutting-edge technology.

About the Role:

This dynamic position involves providing clinical support to customers in the NSW region, under the mentorship of the Territory Manager and direct line manager. You will be the technical expert for CORI, offering case coverage and account support for new and existing customers by training surgeons and hospital staff to technological proficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional clinical support to customers, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products as needed.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies, including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure timely execution of shared calendars.
  • Support the maintenance/development of customer profiles/preferences.
  • Foster effective teamwork, communication, and execution across the state sales team.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in the medical field/theatre setting or tertiary qualifications in science or a medical-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in the orthopaedic and/or endoscopy field.
  • An extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry - technical terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • A good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
  • A good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system.
  • Selling skills and computer proficiency in MS Office.
