This role will provide clinical support to customers in NSW region, under mentorship from the Territory Manager and direct line manager, aligning with sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical support to customers on products while maintaining high product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
  • Manage clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with sales strategy.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies through surgeon preferences management and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Evaluate and ensure effective execution of shared calendars.
  • Maintain customer profiles/preferences for optimal support.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and execution across state sales team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in medical fields/theatre settings or tertiary qualifications in science or medical-related disciplines.
  • Essential experience in orthopaedic and/or endoscopy fields.
  • Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry - technical terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.
  • Awareness of Australian public and private healthcare systems.
  • Familiarity with selling skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
