We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Field Specialist to join our team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment, providing technical and clinical expertise to both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for educating nurses and hospital staff on the effective utilization of Stryker products, ensuring the best possible care for every patient. Additionally, you will conduct in-service training sessions and support our Territory Managers in promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Stryker products and provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to new and existing customers
  • Attend hospitals and/or aged care facilities within NSW to educate and train nurses and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
  • Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers
  • Provide product presentations and training for new customers
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess current qualifications within allied health, such as physiotherapy, nursing, or osteopathy. You will also have an understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting.

A strong problem-solving ability, collaborative teamwork skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly are essential. Additionally, you must be a keen learner, a strong team player with a positive attitude, able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure.

Your salary for this position will be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
