
Chief Project Organizer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project;
- Progress tracking, cost and resource loading;
- Identify and analyse delays or risks, and ensure projects stay on time and budget;
This role supports our Infrastructure team and involves working on multiple complex and technically challenging projects, including roads and bridges.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning and coordination, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating with project managers to develop project plans and schedules;
- Liaising with engineers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions;
