Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator role is a key position in our organization, responsible for delivering end-to-end project support and governance services. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of various projects within the Digital, Data & Transformation Portfolio Office space.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing project coordination/support and governance services to various projects. This will involve assisting with project financials, including end-of-month activities, timesheet analysis, resourcing updates, and monthly/YTD/EAC variance investigation. You will also assist with project and portfolio reporting requirements, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.

Additionally, you will provide analytical support to project and program teams by tracking performance metrics, managing data, and generating reports. Your role will also involve efficiently managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling queries on financials, project status, and program governance.

Requirements
  • Minimum three years experience in a Program Analyst or similar position.
  • Experience working on large programs with annual budgets in excess of $20M.
  • Demonstrated PMO experience, with involvement in large, business-critical systems and process projects being highly regarded.
  • All-round exposure to PMOs, including executive reporting, RAID management, finance management, resource management, and change/scope management.
  • A familiarity with project methodologies and practices, with a focus on project governance and reporting.
  • Experience with project board meeting logistics, including meeting setup, agenda creation, paper consolidation, and secretariat duties.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong capabilities to articulate complex analytical information to all levels within the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal/people skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and effective process management.
