Job Title: Luxury Hotel Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage the team and operations of our exquisite Club Sofitel Lounge. As a Luxury Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Food and Beverage offerings to our most loyal and distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Club Sofitel Operations: Manage the team and operations of the Club Sofitel Lounge to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.
- Blend Rooms Knowledge with Food and Beverage Services: Mix both disciplines to ensure effective management of the department.
- Establish Standards and Expectations: Set metrics to ensure the team and operation perform at the highest level to exceed guest expectations.
- Target Profitability: Maintain high standards while targeting profitability for the business.
- Create and Maintain Business Reports: Reflect operational movement and ensure effective conflict resolution.
- Formulate Strategies and Policies: Ensure effective conflict resolution enables meeting financial and service quality targets.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Working in a luxury environment is necessary.
- Passion for Interacting with People: Desire to go above and beyond to assist guests.
- Proven Experience in Managing a Team: Opera knowledge is required.
- Willingness to Work Shifts: Weekends and public holidays are part of the job role.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate: Required.
