About the Role

Stamford Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and organized Groups and Tours Coordinator to join our team at our five-star luxury hotel in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell our hotel's accommodation, services, and facilities to corporate accounts, travel agents, and tour operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and tour operators to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with our conference and corporate group accounts to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Utilize strong communication and sales skills to promote our hotel's offerings and maximize every phone call.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations Manager to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and clear dictation skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (desired).
  • A warm, friendly, and professional manner towards all clients and staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
