About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high standards of quality.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of hotel operations.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring budgetary targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations systems, including property management systems and revenue management tools.
