The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience in a Business Development role within the Waste Industry. You should have strong communication skills, be able to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within the Waste Industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a Sales CRM.
  • Valid Driver's License.
