Business Development Manager

NRMA is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth by strategically identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive customer growth and penetration of emerging markets.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and optimize a unified sales journey for battery and towing services.
- Support the development and rollout of proof of concept initiatives to transition successful projects to business as usual operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in battery sales.
- Foster robust relationships with internal and external business partners to drive budgeting, pricing strategies, and product development.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of business development within mobility and related industries and the ability to understand client needs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ethical and professional conduct in all business interactions.
