Job Title: Guest Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining detailed guest records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints or concerns.
  • Accurate Check-Ins/Check-Outs: Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately while maintaining detailed guest records and following all standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, while upholding IHG standards of behavior, appearance, and cleanliness in the front desk area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
