Guest Experience Representative

No two days are the same in this dynamic role. As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring their arrival and departure experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service to our guests by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors to our city.
- Represent our hotel warmly, welcoming guests and making them feel special.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and luggage requests.
- Perform valet parking duties and general porter tasks as required.
The Perfect Candidate:
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, an energetic attitude, and a genuine desire to connect with guests. They must also be able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
