Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy their stay.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Welcome all Guests and facilitate the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals
  • Process check-out procedures for departing guests using hotel systems
  • Effectively manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
  • Find ways to delight and surprise our guests to create memorable experiences
